Directions

Don’t you always hate it when you get directions but they’re not quite right and you end up miles off course? We’ve all been there.

At Community Baptist we want you to be able to get you to church as easily as possible and we hope this information helps.

IN THE CAR

If you’re local then we won’t labour the point. If you’re travelling from the Prestwich area, please turn at Roma Caffè in the centre of Whitefield (next to Morrisons) onto Elm Street. The North Manchester Reform Congregation building is on the left hand side just after Whitefield Conservative Club. The building has a small red brick wall in front of it. You can enter through the gates to find the car park and entrance to the facility.

Whitefield is ideally positioned for the M60 (Junction 17). So if you are travelling from further afield please get off the M60 at J17 and at the top of ramp follow signs for the A56, Whitefield/Bury. Follow the A56 towards Whitefield/Bury then follow the instructions above when you see the Morrisons superstore. If you need any further information then we suggest clicking on the map above. If you are still unsure then please contact us.

ON THE BUS

The North Manchester Reform Congregation building is situated close to Bury New Road (A56). There are bus stops on Bury New Road opposite the Morrisons Whitefield superstore and the actual North Manchester Reform Congregation building is just a short walk away. We would suggest you check with Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) or the relevant bus operators before travelling.

ON THE TRAM

The North Manchester Reform Congregation building is really well positioned to take advantage of the Metrolink service. When you disembark from Whitefield Metrolink Station you will need to walk directly across the road to Morrisons, then walk along the frontage of the superstore towards Roma Caffè. Turn right onto Elm Street and the building is just beyond the Whitefield Conservative Club on the left hand side of the road.

ON FOOT

Whether you’re a jogger or a stroller it’s all pretty much the same. Take a look at the map above and this will give you a better idea of the general area.

METROLINK & BUS INFO

TFGM has details of both the Metrolink and Greater Manchester bus network.
